MacKenzie Pause returns with Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Meditation on Sunday, May 26th from 3:30-5pm. This is a gentle yoga class with guided meditation. The crystal bowls themselves are beautiful to look at and lovely to hear. Their vibrations sooth and calm.
