Dinosaur Training Saturday Jan 14th noon-2pm

To celebrate Shihan Alfred’s birthday we’ll hold an extended training during our usual adult-teen class on Saturday, January 14th, 2012. All our old friends and training buddies are invited to join our regular students on that day. We’ll follow up with lunch at Sarmish on Coney Island Avenue between Ave H & I at 2pm $9 plus tax & tip each. Non-training friends are welcome to join us at lunch. Osu!
