A high energy workout  to get re-energized after a day of work or start your day with a kick. This class will have you punching, kicking and ready for anything.

This class combines kicking and punching drills, calisthenics, stretching, and aerobics taken from Muy Thai and Karate techniques into a fun and intense workout that can be enjoyed by all. All instructors are black belts in martial arts.

Drop in, no pre-registration required. If its your first visit to us come take a $10 trial class. You may pay by the class ($14-16) or save money with a 10, 25, or 50 class package. If you buy a package on the day of your trial, your trial is free!

*For the 6am class we ask for a ten week commitment, starts Jan 11*
