A high energy workout  to get re-energized after a day of work. This class will have you punching, kicking and ready for anything.

This class combines kicking and punching drills, calisthenics, stretching, and aerobics taken from Muy Thai and Karate techniques into a fun and intense workout that can be enjoyed by all. All instructors are black belts in martial arts.

Free trial class if you are new to NYC Fit Club. After that, sign up for a month or do drop ins.
