Kickboxing

Every Friday, 12:30-1:30pm.

A high energy workout  to get re-energized before you head back to work. This class will have you punching, kicking and ready for anything.

This class combines kicking and punching drills, calisthenics, stretching, and techniques taken from Karate. No need to your uniform. Shinpads and gloves are recommended. All instructors are black belts in martial arts.
