New Yoga class on Fridays |

Ramit will now teach a gentle yoga class on Friday at 9AM as well as 9AM on Monday. For the next month the Friday class will be held from 9-9:50 but it will extend to a full hour starting in mid-December. |

We will have gymnastics/creative movement class as usual on Friday morning, October 31st at 10AM. Kids are welcome to come in costume if they wish.
There will be no African Dance or Karate class on Halloween evening because we will be at the West Midwood Parade at the dead end on Glenwood Road off Rugby Road.
MMA & FFC has trick or treat bags for the kids to fill up at neighbor's houses so please come by the parade or to the school afterwards to get one from us.

Hi Neighbors, and Happy Columbus Day.
All classes will be held as scheduled on Monday, October 13th, except there will be NO 5:45AM kickboxing.
Maybe you can take this opportunity to try something you don't usually get to do, since most of us do not have work and school. Perhaps Monday is the day you will come take your free, trial class with us, or you come check out a class you have always been interested in.
Class schedule follows:
7:30-8:30AM Bones for Life (women only) with Linda Howell
9-10AM Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Ramit Kreitner
3:30-4PM Kid's Karate Skills for ages 4 & 5
4-4:45PM Kid's Karate for ages 6-10
5-6PM Kid's Karate for ages 11-15 and advanced students
6-7PM Feldenkrais Method with Linda Howell
7-9PM Wing Chun Kung Fu with Sifu Victor Parlati
All karate classes on Columbus Day will be taught by Sensei David Sheeger. Those of you who take jujitsu already know Sensei David, who is black belt in Oyama karate as well. We urge our students to take Sensei David's class. We can all benefit from seeing what strengths different teachers bring to our training.
