New Children's Gymnastic classes |

We are now offering floor gymnastics for children. The flexibility, strength and self-confidence children develop in gymnastics (tumbling) will compliment and enhance any physical activity they do in the future. And it's fun! Delfina Samu will teach 2 & 3 year olds from 3-3:30PM, 4 & 5 year olds from 3:30-4PM and older children, 6-12 years from 4-5PM. She has studied gymnastics and dance for over ten years. You may pay by the individual class or use your MMA & FFC class card for these classes. |

Since so many little ones are interested in trying karate, we are adding a new Kid's Karate Skills class for 4 & 5 year olds. It will be held on Saturdays from 9:30-10:00AM. Karate Skills is a class designed for the shorter attention spans of younger children. It is fast paced and friendly and introduces concepts and activities they will learn more about when they "graduate" to the older Kid's Karate class. |
